How do I book a vehicle?

The process is fast and simple:

  1. Choose your location, rental dates, and vehicle type.
  2. Fill in your details and complete your online booking.
  3. You’ll receive instant confirmation via email.

You’ll need:

  • A valid ID card or passport
  • A valid driver’s license (held for at least 2 years)
  • A credit or debit card for the security deposit

The vehicle is picked up at a predetermined location (e.g., office or meeting point). A Rent Move representative will assist you with everything you need.

The deposit amount depends on the vehicle type and is fully refunded within 3–5 business days after return, provided there’s no damage or contract violation.

Yes! You can make changes or cancellations according to Rent Move’s Cancellation Policy. Just contact us as early as possible.

Yes, upon prior arrangement. An extra fee may apply depending on the return location.

Absolutely. All bookings include basic insurance. Additional coverage packages are available upon request.

Typically no, unless otherwise stated in the contract. All terms are clearly presented before you confirm your booking.

Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and should be returned full. If returned with less fuel, a refueling charge applies.

Insurance / Damages

Is insurance included with the rental vehicle?

Yes. All Rent Move vehicles come with basic insurance coverage, which is included in the rental price. You can also choose to upgrade with optional insurance packages for added protection.

If your vehicle breaks down:

  • Stop in a safe location.
  • Do not attempt to repair the car yourself or use unauthorized mechanics.

Roadside assistance is provided depending on the insurance coverage you selected.

    • First, ensure your safety
    • Contact local authorities (e.g. police or emergency services at 112)
    • Take photos of any visible damage or vehicles involved

    Important: Do not leave the scene, especially if there are injuries or disputes. Always follow legal accident reporting procedures.

If you cause damage that’s not covered by your selected insurance plan, you may be charged according to the repair costs and the excess amount stated in your contract.

Buying a vehicle after renting

Can I buy the vehicle I rented?

Yes. At Rent Move, you have the option to purchase a vehicle after your rental ends, or even during the rental period (depending on the agreement and vehicle availability).

It’s simple:

  • Let us know you’re interested in buying the car
  • We’ll send you a final purchase offer
  • If you accept, we’ll draft a sales agreement, and in some cases, part of the rental fee may be deducted from the purchase price

Not necessarily. The final price depends on:

  • The vehicle’s age and condition
  • Duration of your rental
  • The vehicle’s current market value

We always ensure fair and competitive pricing.

Yes. We offer a used vehicle warranty, depending on the purchase agreement. Additional services like maintenance packages, inspection (KTEO), or tire replacements may also be available.

Rent Move handles the entire transfer process and registration paperwork. All you need to do is provide the required documents and sign the contract.
